The season reset is a yearly occurrence, which we clearly communicate in our app. We need to do this to make sure all players and rosters are updated and accurate for the new season, just like many other sports games.
Just before the start of the new NFL Season, we will plan this Season Reset every year.
All users that have been active in the previous year will be able to get a head start in the new season based on their old season's progress.
The following things will be reset for each user:
- You will start from the lowest tier, but are able to start in a higher tier depending on your current progress. You can check before the season reset what your new result will be in-game.
- You will get a fresh new roster based on your new tier.
- Your Franchise will only contain the players that are in your new roster. Players formerly in your My Franchise page be removed (although there may be some exceptions we communicate through the app).
- Your coins will be reset. Depending on your this amount of coins, you will receive a reward in your new season. You can check this reward in-game before the season reset happens.
What can you do to prepare for the new season?
There are several things that will help to kickstart the new season.
- Upgrade your Roster's OVR stat
- Reach a higher tier
- Gather Coins
- Get as much Collection Book Points as you can
- Get as many championships as you can
- Complete Missions in the final phase of the season
